No. all you need is a valid driver's license.


Can anyone rent and drive your rentals?
As long as you have a valid driver's license and are over the age of 25**

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – CONDITIONS – RESTRICTIONS

RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE, HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD, AND HAVE GOOD CREDIT

RENTAL PERIOD BEGINS THE AFTERNOON OF YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE (1-4PM) AND ENDS THE MORNING OF YOU SCHEDULED RETURN (9-11AM).

MILEAGE: ADDITIONAL MILEAGE CHARGE IS .42 CENTS PER MILE AFTER THE FREE MILEAGE GIVEN AT TIME OF RENTAL.

PRE-PAID CLEANING OPTION IS AVAILABLE AT TIME OF DEPARTURE FOR $89.00 AND PREPAID WASTE EVACUATION FOR $39.00.

INSURANCE MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE RENTER EITHER THROUGH THEIR PERSONAL CARRIER OR PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM MBA CHOICE INSURANCE.

DEPOSIT OF $250 (WHICH IS APPLIED TOWARD THE RENTAL PRICE) IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN RV.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF DEPARTURE AND REFUNDED WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RETURN

PAYMENTS

A $250 DOWN PAYMENT IS REQUIRED

TO RESERVE A UNIT (ALL $250 WILL BE APPLIED TOWARD YOUR RENTAL CHARGES.) ALL RENTAL CHARGES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE DATE OF DEPARTURE.  IN ADDITION YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $1,000. WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT CARDS, AND CASHIERS CHECKS ONLY.

CANCELLATIONS

TIME FROM THE DATE OF YOUR RESERVATION TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PICK UP WE WILL REFUND YOUR DOWN PAYMENT LESS $30. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 15 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE, DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR DEPARTURE OR ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION AT DEPARTURE, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE A VEHICLE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, OR REFUND YOUR $250 DOWN PAYMENT DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF THE VEHICLE.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU RETURN THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED RETURN DATE. THE RENTAL VEHICLE IS NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED, $600.00 WILL BE WITHHELD FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR SMOKING INSIDE RENTAL VEHICLES. PETS AND TOWING OF ANY TYPE IS PROHIBITED UNLESS APPROVED IN WRITING PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

EIGHT HOURS OF FREE GENERATOR USAGE PROVIDED FOR EACH RENTAL DAY, $5.00 PER HOUR RENTAL CHARGE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR WILL BE HELD FROM YOUR DEPOSIT. VEHICLES CANNOT BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO 1:00 P.M. UNLESS AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

VEHICLES MUST BE RETURNED PRIOR TO 11:00 A.M. UNLESS AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
