Company Policy


All items and services offered by Top Notch Marine include a 3.5% cash payment discount. Credit card purchases will include a 3.5% convenience fee which is paid directly to the credit card processor and not Top Notch Marine, Inc.


  • Returns are not accepted.
  • Deposit payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Shipping Damage or Shortages

If your parts are damaged or shorted during shipping to you, please call Top Notch Marine within 24 hours of receiving your parts and report the issue to parts manager.


Parts Return Policy

Full credit will be issued if:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of purchase and in pristine condition.
  • Item was sold from Top Notch Marine stock.
  • If a credit card was used for the purchase, refund will only be credited to original credit card used to purchase item.

Special Order Parts and Accessories:

Special order parts & accessories are non-cancelable / non-returnable / non-refundable and require pre-payment in full.

Top Notch Marine will not accept stock items for return if the item is:

  • Removed from a machine or engine
  • Incomplete, weathered, damaged or cut length
  • Unidentified
  • Removed from sealed packages
  • Discontinued
  • Not in a saleable condition or in original packaging or tampered with
  • Any electrical components
  • Any literature (manuals etc)

All parts are subject to inspection.  Any special circumstances will be dealt with on an individual basis with Management. Refund exceptions made to this policy are for store credit only. All other refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Freight Charges will not be refunded. Items found not acceptable for return will be held for a period of 10 days to allow for customer disposition. Top Notch Marine assumes no responsibility for rejected parts beyond 10 days. Special order parts not picked up within 30 days of arrival are considered abandoned and disposed of. Items returned for warranty require manufacturer warranty approval prior to refund being issued.

This parts return policy does not pertain to warranty claims or parts ordered in error by Top Notch Marine.  In any case, Top Notch Marine reserves the right to cancel or alter any portion of this policy without prior notice.

Boats, motors or trailers are not returnable under any circumstances.

  • $60.01 – $100.00 total $14.95 shipping
  • $100.01 – $149.99 total $19.95 shipping
  • $150.00 – $249.99 total $29.95 shipping
  • $250.00 & Up total $39.95 shipping
  • Bulk rate or special shipping charges by quote.

Emergency and Overnight Shipping Charges

Per line item charge $5.00. Shipping charge will be totaled and collected at parts pickup, deposit of $75.00 required at time of order.

Please allow 5 to 9 working days for special order parts and accessories. Special orders of manufacturer made items can take as long as 120 days or more. Custom parts, canvas and upholstery and items for boats more than 1 year old.

Internet Returns:
Please call us at 772 237-3825 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.  Parts returned are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more.

NOTE:  DO NOT return parts to Top Notch Marine without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, as they will be refused.

Shipping Instructions for Returns:

  1. Mark the RGA# prominently on the outside of the shipping container and include it on all documentation and correspondence.
  2. Enclose a copy of the original invoice.
  3. Insure the package for “full value”.
  4. Ship the package “freight prepaid”.  No C.O.D.’s will be accepted.
  5. Outside the USA ship the package back “duty prepaid”.  No duty shipments will be accepted.
  6. Credit will be authorized for merchandise only. No refunds on handling and freight charges.

Parts and Accessories Warranties

Warranties are established by, and the responsibility of, the manufacturer, and the final determination of warranty adjustments rest with the manufacturer. Most manufacturers now require the end user of their products to contact them directly for warranty issues. In order to expedite your claim, please contact the manufacturer first to receive instructions, and always get the name of the person with whom you speak.
